ALL MEMBERS OF THE CONGREGATION ARE ENCOURAGED TO TAKE AN ACTIVE ROLE IN SOCIAL ACTION ISSUES. SOME ARE ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN SAC GROUP PROJECTS. OTHERS CONTRIBUTE INDEPENDENTLY IN THE SPIRIT OF THE UU SEVEN PRINCIPLES.

We meet most Third Thursdays of the month at 4:30 in the Channing Room in Emerson Hall.
All are welcome.
Our Justice Action newsletter is published at the beginning of most months.
We encourage each of you to choose a focus area that speaks to your heart and contact the leader to ask how you can help.
If you wish to lead a project which is not listed, please see one of the core members for a form. We strongly suggest at least three committed members for each focus area.

Goals for the coming year:
1. Form and support a strong Racial justice team.- This is one of the most important moral issues of our day. Actions in this area are strongly encouraged by the UUA. Almost any other justice issue can be addressed through this lens. Your JAM leaders hope you will help.
2. Strengthen our P.E.A.C.E. team (People Engaged in Active Community Efforts)
Cooperate with at least 2 other churches/organizations in actions which support our focus areas.
