1st Unitarian Universalist Congregation
of the Palm Beaches

A Congregational Covenant

We give our best to one another
We speak the truth with kindness
We expect the best from one another
We ask one another to grow
We practice forgiveness and accountability
When mistakes are made, we admit them, talk about what we learned from them, and keep going.
We are mindful of our purpose
We are building a better world
We are mindful of our source
A greater good has brought us to this day

This Week at 1st UU

Friday, July 4   First Friday Film Festival   Come celebrate the 4th with all
your UU friends!  The festivities start early - 4 PM in Ministers' Hall
and the patio if it's not raining.  Barbecue, potluck, a sing-a-long,
culminating in a stirring patriotic movie Pete Seeger, the Power of Song,
a recent film honoring the archetypal American folk hero, Pete Seeger.

The usual arrangement - we bring most of the food, pay 6 bucks to eat
it, and enjoy the company of our great friends and take part in a fine
      evening.
